These terms govern the use of this website and the booking of plumbing call-out services provided by QuanAn (全安) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. Questions can be directed to legal@{{DOMAIN}}.
1. Definitions
- "QuanAn" / "we" / "us": QuanAn (全安), the plumbing service provider registered at No. 162, Bo'ai 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City 813, Taiwan.
- "Website": this site at
{{DOMAIN}}and all pages under it. - "Services": the residential plumbing call-out services described on this website, including tap and joint leak repair, drain clearing, and fixture fitting.
- "Client" / "you": any person who uses this website or requests Services from QuanAn.
- "Agreement": the contract formed when a service booking is confirmed.
- "Visit": a scheduled plumbing call-out to a client's property.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or requesting a Visit, you confirm that:
- You are aged 18 or over.
- You have the authority to request services at the property in question (as owner, tenant, or their authorised representative).
- You have read and agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a Visit.
3. Service Description
QuanAn provides on-demand residential plumbing call-out services in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. Current services include:
- Tap & Joint Leak Repair — from NT$3,800
- Drain Clearing & Flow Check — from NT$8,000
- Fixture Fitting & Pressure Review — from NT$13,700
Services are subject to availability. Coverage is limited to residential properties within Kaohsiung City and surrounding areas; coverage for other areas is confirmed on enquiry. Prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on scope, access conditions, and materials required. Final price is confirmed and agreed before work begins.
4. Booking and Scheduling

A booking is confirmed when QuanAn provides written or verbal confirmation of a scheduled Visit. We will make reasonable efforts to attend within the agreed window. In the event of unavoidable delay, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue and property when booking.
- Ensure reasonable access to the property and to the relevant areas (pipes, fixtures, drain access points) at the agreed time.
- Inform us of any known hazards, structural issues, or restrictions that may affect our work.
- Ensure the property has water and electricity supply available if required for the work.
- Do not undertake DIY modifications to the relevant pipework between booking and the Visit that could affect the scope or diagnosis.
6. Scope of Work and Changes
The scope of each Visit is agreed with the client before work begins. If additional issues are identified during a Visit that fall outside the agreed scope, we will explain them and seek agreement before proceeding. We will not carry out work beyond the agreed scope without your confirmation. Any changes to scope that affect the price will be communicated plainly and agreed in advance.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the Visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:
- Cash (New Taiwan Dollar)
- Bank transfer (details provided on invoice)
- Line Pay and other arrangements by prior agreement
Invoices are provided in writing. Late payment may incur a follow-up charge. We do not collect payment through this website.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed Visit. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover travel and preparation costs where the plumber has already been dispatched. We will inform you of any such charge when you contact us. QuanAn may cancel or reschedule a Visit in the event of staff unavailability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control; we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
9. Workmanship and Follow-Up
We aim to carry out all work to a professional standard. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a Visit, contact us within 7 days and we will review the matter. Where a fault is attributable to our workmanship, we will return to address it at no additional charge. This does not apply to faults caused by subsequent interference with the work, pre-existing conditions beyond the agreed scope, or issues unrelated to the service performed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, images, and structure — is the property of QuanAn or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers
This website is provided for information purposes. While we take care to keep it accurate:
- We do not warrant that information on the site is always current, complete, or error-free.
- Content on this site is general information only and does not constitute professional plumbing advice for your specific situation.
- Service outcomes depend on the condition of your property's existing pipework and fixtures, which we cannot fully assess before a Visit.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Taiwan law, QuanAn's liability for any claim arising from a Visit is limited to the amount paid for that specific Visit. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damage, or loss of use arising from any delay or failure in service. This does not exclude liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally:

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Taiwan and the jurisdiction of Kaohsiung District Court. Consumers retain any rights available to them under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法).

This website may link to third-party services such as Google Maps. QuanAn has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
15. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the website or booking of Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. General
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with any written booking confirmation, form the full agreement between you and QuanAn for each service engagement.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
- Language: these terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency with a translated version, the English version takes precedence.
