Why QuanAn
The difference between a call-out that settles things and one that doesn't.
What makes a plumbing visit worthwhile is not speed alone. It is arriving prepared, explaining things clearly, and leaving the pipe in better shape than before.

Six things QuanAn does consistently on every job
These are not policies. They are the way the work gets done, visit after visit.
Thorough diagnosis before touching anything
The plumber looks at the full picture first. Not just the spot where water appeared, but the surrounding pipework, the fixture condition, and any signs of related wear.
Price agreed before any work starts
The scope and cost are explained plainly after the assessment. If you say no, the visit ends there. If additional work is needed mid-job, you are told before it is done.
End-of-job verification every time
We run a functional check before signing off. Repaired joints are tested for leaks, cleared drains are flow-checked, and fitted fixtures are operated to confirm correct function.
Same or next working day in most cases
We keep scheduling open for prompt bookings Monday through Saturday. A one-hour arrival window is given when the booking is confirmed, and we contact you if it changes.
Written summary at the end of each visit
A short plain-text note is provided covering what was found, what was done, and any observations about the system's condition worth keeping for future reference.
Explained in language you can follow
Technical terms stay in our notes. When we speak to you, it is in plain everyday language. No jargon used to confuse, and no question is too basic to answer.

Professional expertise
QuanAn plumbers have worked across Kaohsiung's residential building stock for over a decade. The mix of older cast-iron drainage, mid-era galvanised supply, and newer PVC systems common in the city is familiar territory rather than a source of delay.
When a new situation is encountered, it is assessed carefully. We carry a range of standard fittings for the most common residential pipe sizes in Taiwan, which means most jobs can be completed in a single visit without waiting for parts.
- 12+ years residential plumbing experience in Kaohsiung
- Familiar with Zuoying, Gushan, Sanmin, and surrounding districts
- Handles mixed pipe systems common in older Taiwanese homes
- Trade licensed for residential plumbing in Kaohsiung City
- Fixed visit sequence: assess → explain → agree → work → verify
- Protective covers laid before any tools are used
- Water supply isolation confirmed before opening pipework
- Area left tidy; visible debris removed before the plumber leaves
Structured process
Every visit follows the same sequence. Arriving without a plan wastes time and can make things worse. QuanAn visits begin with a proper look at the situation, followed by a clear verbal summary of findings, then an agreed scope before tools come out.
This sequence also means the workspace is prepared before anything is opened. It keeps the repair area clean and reduces the chance of a second problem being introduced during the fix.
Considerate service
A plumber working in your home is a guest. QuanAn confirms identity on arrival, works only in the areas discussed, and asks before accessing anything not directly part of the job. Explanations are given in plain Mandarin or English, depending on preference.
The scheduling process is kept simple. One phone call or message is enough to book. A confirmation follows with a one-hour arrival window and the name of the plumber attending.
- Identity confirmed on arrival
- Plain Mandarin or English spoken, your choice
- Booking confirmed with plumber name and arrival window
- No pressure to agree to additional work on the spot
- Published starting prices in NT$: 3,800 / 8,000 / 13,700
- No hidden additions applied without prior discussion
- Single visit handles assessment and repair for listed services
- Written summary included at no extra charge
Transparent pricing
The starting price for each service type is published. When you call, there are no vague estimates and no separate assessment fee. The plumber confirms the scope and cost at the property before any work begins.
If the job turns out to be more involved than expected, that is discussed before anything additional is done — not added to the invoice afterwards.
How we compare
Typical call-out vs the QuanAn approach
The common issues with general call-out plumbing, and how we handle each one differently.
| Situation | Typical call-out | QuanAn |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Vague range given over the phone, actual bill higher | Published starting price; final cost agreed at property before work starts |
| Diagnosis | Repair attempted without checking surrounding area | Full look at the problem and nearby pipework before any tools come out |
| Communication | Technical explanation that leaves the homeowner unclear on what was done | Plain language used throughout; written summary provided at end |
| Post-repair check | Repair declared done without functional test | Joint tested for leaks, drain flow-checked, fixture operated before departure |
| Additional work | Extra items added to job and invoiced without prior approval | Any scope change discussed and agreed with the client before proceeding |
| Documentation | No record of what was done or what the system's condition was | Short written visit summary provided to the homeowner |
What sets us apart
Things QuanAn does that most services do not
Written visit summary as standard
Most plumbers leave without any documentation. QuanAn provides a brief plain-text note on what was found, what was done, and what to watch for. Useful for building records or insurance purposes.
14-day follow-up on drain clearing
If the same blockage returns within 14 days, we reassess and discuss the situation honestly. This is not a formal warranty, but it reflects our interest in the job being properly resolved.
Service in Mandarin and English
Kaohsiung has a growing number of English-speaking residents. QuanAn can handle the entire visit — booking, explanation, summary — in English where preferred.
Prevention note with every visit
At the end of each job, we share a short note on early warning signs relevant to the work done. For a drain clearing, that might be a note on what caused the build-up and how to slow the rate of recurrence.
