The tap under the kitchen sink had been dripping for weeks. I kept meaning to deal with it. The QuanAn plumber arrived in the window they said, had a proper look at both the tap and the joint behind it, and fixed both in the same visit. He also noticed a small seepage on a nearby connection and pointed it out — did not push me to fix it immediately, just flagged it. That I appreciated.

Shower drain had been slow for a while and then stopped almost completely. Called QuanAn in the morning and they confirmed a slot for the afternoon. The drain was cleared and the flow checked afterwards. I will say the price was at the higher end of what I expected, but the job was done thoroughly and I got a written note of what was done. Had a new basin and tap fitted as part of a bathroom update. QuanAn confirmed the scope and cost before starting, which made the whole thing less stressful. Kitchen sink backed up completely. I called in the evening and got a morning booking. The blockage was cleared and they showed me what caused it. Scheduling was smooth, the plumber arrived on time. The only thing is I had to wait a day which is understandable but was inconvenient. Overall the work itself was well done.

Case Study 01 · Zuoying Apartment
Cabinet under the kitchen sink had been damp for several months. The homeowner had placed a bowl to catch drips but was unsure whether the issue was the tap, the supply pipe, or the drain connection. Previous patchwork by a general handyman had not resolved it.
On assessment, the source turned out to be two separate issues: a failed compression joint on the cold supply and a cracked tap seat causing seepage under pressure. Both were addressed in the same visit. The older handyman's patch work was also removed and the connection reseated properly.
Damp cabinet resolved. The homeowner was given a written note describing both faults and the fixes. Visit duration: approximately 90 minutes. No follow-up required. The homeowner contacted us 6 weeks later to book the fixture fitting service.

Case Study 02 · Sanmin District Home
Both bathroom and kitchen sinks were draining slowly. The owner had tried a chemical drain cleaner which cleared the kitchen temporarily but the bathroom remained blocked. The toilet was still flushing normally.
Both drains cleared with mechanical methods suited to the PVC pipework in the property. Trap on the bathroom basin removed and cleaned; the blockage was concentrated at the trap and in the first 40cm of drain pipe. Flow checked on each after clearing. Prevention tips shared: the primary cause was a combination of hair and soap accumulation.
Both drains restored to normal flow. The homeowner was advised that the bathroom trap would benefit from monthly manual cleaning given the pattern of use. Visit duration: approximately 75 minutes. No recurrence reported within the 14-day window.
