Having a consistent process is what keeps visits clean, on scope, and predictable for the household.
Assess
The plumber looks at the problem and the surrounding area before making any plan. Nothing is assumed from the booking description alone.
Explain
What was found and what the fix involves is described in plain language. No jargon, no rushing past the part where you ask questions.
Agree & Work
The cost is confirmed. Once you agree, the plumber prepares the work area and carries out the repair or installation.
Verify & Document
The repair is tested before the plumber leaves. A short written summary of what was done is provided to the household.
Service 01
Tap & Joint Leak Repair
We locate leaks at taps, mixers, and joints and seal them cleanly where the pipework allows. Suits slow drips, damp under-sink cabinets, and taps that no longer hold. The cause is explained in plain terms after the assessment, and a watertight check follows the repair. A short note on early signs of recurrence is shared before the plumber leaves.

Service 02
Drain Clearing & Flow Check
We clear blocked sinks, showers, baths, and toilets and run a flow check with a trap inspection afterwards to confirm steady draining. The clearing method is suited to the pipe material in use. While on site, nearby fixtures are checked for related issues. Simple prevention tips are shared before the plumber leaves.

Service 03
Fixture Fitting & Pressure Review
We fit taps, valves, hoses, and traps, and handle toilet, basin, shower, or water heater installation on request. Each job includes a review of pressure and pipe condition. The scope is agreed before work begins, each fitted item is operated and demonstrated, and a plain written summary is provided on completion.

Work site protection
Protective floor and surface covers are laid before any tools are used. We leave the work area in the same condition as we found it.
Licensed trade work
All work is done in line with Taiwan's residential plumbing regulations. Trade licences are current and available to view on request.
Assessment before work
No repair begins without a proper look at the situation and an agreement on scope and cost. This applies to every visit, regardless of how minor the job seems.
Functional check before departure
Each completed repair or installation is tested while the plumber is still on site. No assumption is made that the fix worked.
Plain written summary
A short note covering what was found, what was done, and any condition observations is provided to the household at the end of every visit.
